MWPOA Annual Homeowners Meeting 2025

The date is usually the last Sunday in October.

At 1:00 p.m., there will be a covered-dish dinner in the Park Pavilion, followed by our general meeting in the Park at 2:00 p.m. We want to encourage all community members and property owners to attend.

 

Monthly Neighborhood Clean-Up  TBD

Now that the weather is cooler, please help us cut back the roadway right-of-way and clean up the medians, road edges and trim around the rocks. We need to make sure weeds and branches are not encroaching on vehicles and boats as we drive. Please help to plan a Work Day, concentrating on a different street each month. Starting at the Park around 9:00 a.m.

Annual MWPOA Spring Festival - Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 

Arts & Crafts, Baked Goods, Plant Swap, Garden Items, Children's Activities,  Food Truck, Live Local Music by River Dogs and MW Musicians, Silent Auction for the benefit of MWPOA community maintenance projects.  Open to MW Family and Guests. We need volunteers for Set-up, break-down, clean-up, and events. Mysterious Waters Park -Times are 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.
